Authors Biography:

Joan Bullemer is the single mother of two beautiful daughters. Twice divorced, she has spent much of her career life working in the helping professions. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland. and is currently a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Book Synopsis:

Nowadays, there are so many books written and available about relationships, dating and marriage, as well as, self-help/self-improvement books on all types of subjects that one can imagine. Yet divorces are still an ever growing statistic, and second marriages have an even higher rate of divorce and similar statistics. Military marriages end in divorce at an even higher rate than their civilian counterparts.

What does all of this mean? I've asked myself that question many times. Is marriage an out-dated and out-moded ideal in our society? Even so, many of us are still searching for that one person to be a life partner for various reasons. What is the answer for me? What is the answer for you?

Reviews:

The relationships we choose to have are a direct reflection in the relationship we have with ourselves. As we take an intimate look into Joan’s life, we have the opportunity to learn, reflect and begin to feel passionate about how we want the relationships with our significant other to reveal itself.  Even more important, we learn how it is possible to improve on the relationship with ourselves to achieve success through intimacy with others.  An exciting adventure and worth starting now!!
